The chalet's communal areas cover 96m2 in three parts,; the large living space has:
- A 28m2 living room with a cosy corner sofa area, coffee table and connected TV (satellite and Internet). The central glass enclosed fireplace is visible throughout.
- A 36m2 dining area for 12 people
- A large open-plan fully equipped kitchen of 36m2 with centre island and table equipped with: dish washer, convection oven, steam oven, microwave oven, large induction hob with extractor, American style fridge/freezer, double sink, Nespresso coffe machin, thermos coffee pot, toaster, juice extractor, raclette and fondue machines... Cutlery, flatware and cooking equipment for 12 people.
A high chair is available for smaller children.
There is also a 19m2 mezzanine ideal as a cosy seating area for work or relaxing equipped with a TV and Internet.
